&lt;P&gt;You'll need to complete what's called a "&lt;STRONG&gt;SIM Swap&lt;/STRONG&gt;" to resolve and activate your new SIM card to the appropriate phone line. As this is a change to your account of a sensitive nature, you would need to complete a special validation on your account when making the change. To do this you will need to visit one of our &lt;A href="https://www.virginplus.ca/en/support/find-a-store.html?V=on" target="_self"&gt;retail locations&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with two pieces of identification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
