&lt;P&gt;From time to time, if you have an older grandfathered rate plan, it can create some problems affecting the ability to update your plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;A quick troubleshooting step you can do, is&amp;nbsp;log out of all&amp;nbsp;My Account profiles (if opened on multiple platforms; desktop, mobile, etc) and&amp;nbsp;ensure&amp;nbsp;your browsers and mobile apps are all updated to their latest versions.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Try that out and let us know if it worked.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Changing BYOP plan</title>

      <title>Unable to change my data plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I have been trying to upgrade my data plan from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;BYOP 55 - 30GB&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;BYOP 75 Unlimited 60GB 5G&amp;nbsp;for the past couple days online, but it kept on telling me that my order could not be completed when I submitted my order. I have tried both on my mobile app and the official website on my PC but both failed at getting my order through. Is there any way to fix that? Or do I have to call customer service to get it checked out. Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
