 &lt;LI&gt;Are you using the website or the My Benefits app? If using the website, please download and verify the My offers/Benefits tab.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is your phone and apps all updated to their latest versions?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are your communication preferences up to date on your account?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you blocked any of the texts sent to you by Virgin Plus?&lt;/LI&gt;
