&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Partial charges and/or credits are anything surrounding proration on your bills.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Proration sounds complicated, but it's actually a very simple concept. Essentially, if you use something for less time than you're scheduled to use it for, it's fair to expect that you'll only be charged for the time you used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you add a feature mid cycle, we will only charge you for the amount of days left in the cycle and not for a full month. The same concept apply if you remove a feature mid cycle, we will apply a credit on your next bill for the amount of days you had left in your cycle.&lt;/P&gt;
