&lt;P&gt;As the Virgin Plus Community is a peer-to-peer support system, it's hard to say for certain what the issue may be. Could you please provide further details?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Which platform did you use to complete your payment; Online Banking via your financial institution website or via My Account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How many days prior your billing cycle start date was the payment submitted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Processing delays will differ depending on the type of payment method you would have chosen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you had any issues completing payments before?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Payments through your financial institution can take a bit longer and your bank is the one responsible for processing them. If the payment was made correctly, we should get the payment in about 3 to 10 business days after you've completed the transaction.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
