How do i get the 50$ prepaid visa for having internet with virgin. Its my 3rd month already and havent received anything yet.

Hey there @Santi,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

In order to benefit from the gift card, you would have received your order summary email (1 to 2 days after ordering) with the information needed to register for the card and would have received the gift card registration email approximately 60 days after the installation was completed. Once the registration is complete, the card can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive in the mail.

Hi, has anyone had this issue? I was offered a promo when I signed up and was told a link would be sent to me in 60 days. It's been 60 days and I haven't received a link. I tried calling in, they told me go to a kiosk. I go to a kiosk they tell me to call in. Can someone here maybe tell me how to resolve this issue because I'd like my promo.

i recently activate the internet plan with black friday promotion code. but i didn’t see the information in my order summary about register prepaid visa bonus. please advise what i should do?

Since the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, we do not have access to your order details and/or account.

We can only suggest that you get in contact with the point of purchase if you did not receive any communication regarding the gift card as follows;

You’ll get an email about it within 48 hours of placing the order (make sure to check your junk/spam folder).
You’ll get a registration email for it 60 days after installation (make sure to check your junk/spam folder).
You’ll have 30 days to register it. The gift card will expire 12 months after being registered.

How do i get the 100$ prepaid visa for having internet with virgin. I setup my Internet at the Staples store last year and they told me that I would receive a $100 visa gift card but its my 6th month already and havent received anything yet. I called in December 2024 and they told me to wait.

it has been almost a year and i still do not have my visa prepaid bonus!!!! it was a promotion for back to school last year and i refuse to not get this. does anyone know who to call to deal with this?? besides virgin i have tried 3 times over the last year and got nowhere. i have never been late for MY payment why do they try and not pay us??

I received the email confirming that I was eligible for the Visa prepaid card. It has now been more than 60 days since my internet service was activated, but I still have not received the registration email for the prepaid card.

I have also checked my spam and junk mail folders, and there is nothing there.

Could you please check the status and let me know when I can expect to receive the registration email?
