Linking through TSN premium Virgin Plus issues, I can't get through past the log in screen?

I've spent hours with Bell and virgin trying to link through TV provider virgin plus on the TSN app. I can't get through past the log in screen. I've trying everything suggested several times.

Are you attempting to use the TSN app on a Smart TV, Mobile Phone, Tablet, FireStick, etc.?
What is the make and model of the hardware you're attempting to use?
Have you tried on a different device?
What is the app version?
Are your hardware and app updated to their latest versions?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I thought the supervisor was going to look into this and get back to me. Unfortunately, the same old. I've tried website, app, phone, all of it. The issue is, I can't link TV provider "virgin plus" while in the tsn app. No one has offered any solution. This is not an issue on my end.
