&lt;P&gt;I actually figured out how to sign-in to Crave. The way I was doing it was signing in using "TV provider" in there Crave app. And then clicked on"Virgin Plus" -&amp;gt; my Virgin Plus credentials -&amp;gt; which was why I was getting the error as the original post by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.virginplus.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1619303943"&gt;@teacher&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I personally don't have a TV account through Virgin. I have a cell phone account with Virgin. So the way I was doing it was incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What I did do though was made a Bell account only for sign-in credentials. All done through the same portal through the Chrome browser on my phone. -&amp;gt; then I signed in using my Bell credentials. -&amp;gt; through the browser at the Bell website (see my next reply for website). I then was able to link my Virgin subscription for Crave at the Bell website. *See screenshot:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That does sound strange. For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please provide some more details?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What device are you trying to log into Crave with? Is this happening with multiple devices, or just one?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Do you share your account with multiple people (friends and family, etc)? If so, are they experiencing the same issue?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If trying to access via a web browser, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If using an app, have you made sure you have the most up to date version of said app? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling said app?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you receiving any explicit error code or message when having this issue?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, if you could please provide a screenshot of your screen when trying to log in and getting this pink square / red circle, it would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too am currently experiencing the same log-in issue as the original post (Teacher). This is my first time downloading Crave onto my Google Pixel 9 and first time trying to sign into Crave. I have tried all the things that you originally suggested. Any other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

At the Web link that I provided, just follow the instructions. Enter your email address -&amp;gt; click "Continue" -&amp;gt; for the password I clicked on "Forgot password" -&amp;gt; it'll then ask you to enter your email address so you can reset password -&amp;gt; when you receive the email there will be a link in the email to "reset password" -&amp;gt; make strong password -&amp;gt; click "continue" -&amp;gt; once signed in click the menu at the top left -&amp;gt; click on "provider Linking" -&amp;gt; Finally select provider "Virgin Plus".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sure hope this information helps others who run into the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Les T&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;None of those solutions have worked for me… screen grabs of what I’m getting when I log in to my virgin account, activate, land on Crave/Bell, log in and refreshes to provider link, click virgin but there’s no subscription even though Virgin says I do (first pic) and it basically forces me into a loop back to start (either via clicking the “VISIT VIRGIN PLUS” or “UNLINK” button) with no resolution. I’ve called Virgin and they say I need to call Bell… I call Bell and they say a tech needs to call be back but it’s been 6 business days with no call back.
