Free basic crave in French?

I live in Ontario. Why are all the movies under my crave add-on subscription suddenly now all in French? My 'settings' has audio and subtitles set to English... Once again, another 'free' service worth about as much.

Your Crave subscription is likely displaying in French because your profile's language setting has been changed, which affects the user interface and content availability. You can fix this by going into your Crave profile settings and changing the language back to English for both the user interface and the audio playback. It's also possible that you might be seeing French because your profile language determines the available content, and not all content is available in multiple languages.

To fix the issue;

Change profile language: Go to your "Edit Profile" on Crave's website or app.
Locate the language setting: Click on the pencil icon next to "Language."
Select your preferred language: Choose "English" or "Ask me every time" to ensure that titles are available in English.
Save your changes: Click "Save" and exit out of the settings.

Thanks for that info but that is not the issue, I have that set to English already. The issue is many movies, for example the 'planet of the apes' movies series only play in French even though it claims to be available in both English and French. Let me know if/how I can watch those in English. If not, please remove the indication that they are available in English.
