How to activate voicemail transcripts

Hi.
i recently moved to virgin mobile. When i was with Rogers, i used to get voicemail transcripts under voicemail. I am not sure if virgin have that feature. I don't see any transcripts since then.

Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community and thanks for your post.

You're correct, Voicemail to Text or Visual Voicemail are not included in our plans, however with a small Voicemail upgrade you will have the ability to add the service on your account (the monthly charges will depend on the package you select).

We also have a new complimentary Voicemail via MMS option that can be activated on the standard voicemail at no extra cost and will send you your voicemails as audio files via MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
