Hi there, @Grachman . Thanks for reaching out.

To be clear, has your phone always shown H+? Or is this something that started recently? It's important to note that we're unable to guarantee full service to "grey market" phones - meaning phones sold outside of the Canadian market and/or by a Canadian provider.

For more info on the 3G/HSPA shutdown and how you may be impacted, please take a look at our thread here on March 1st, 2027 3G/HSPA network shutdown for more details.

Looking forward to hearing back from you. Best wishes.

Phone set to 5g. Android 14. Poco pro. Virgin says my phone will be good after 3g gone.

Apparently, VoLTE is default for Android 14. No switch in settings. H+ ok for now? I switch march 2027.

I think it has always gone to h+ when I'm on phone. At least for past year. My phone works fine. I'll try an old phone. Thanks
