I'm aware. Doesn't mean I agree. You could always offer me something else if you're so adamant about this "device handling fee". I work in Comms, I already know all about it.

I'm rather disappointed in Virgin. I've already bought and paid for a phone and I recently upgraded my phone and took on a more expensive calling plan. They charged me their "device handling fee" of $40. I would expect that I could have that somehow waived. I make these decisions about these fees at my job and if it meant that a customer would stay rather than go somewhere else, I would either waive the fee or offer them something else for being a loyal customer. I intend to pay off my new phone asap and go with another carrier.
