Hi there, @Dangerouss56. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community, and thanks for reaching out.

While we would be happy to help, basic troubleshooting as a first step is important for Tech - while you may have done it personally already, it's immensely helpful to them to help narrow down a potential cause, especially for a cause as potentially wide in scope as being unable to connect to the network.

With that said, if you could please share with us what exactly you've done thus far, it would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, we have a few follow-up questions and recommendations:

Have you confirmed if this issue is consistent, or if it changes as you move around? e.g. the issue is at its worst when you're at home, but improves when you're at work, out of town, etc.

What model of phone are you using? If you're using a "grey market" (bought outside of the Bell / Virgin Plus network) phone, or one that's particularly old, it may be wholly or partially incompatible with modern infrastructure and signals used.

When you spoken to Tech Support, did they open a ticket for further investigation? This would be an important first step beyond basic troubleshooting for an agent to look deeper into the issue.

If possible, are you able to insert your SIM card into a different or newer phone? This could help discern a potential hardware issue - either with your current phone itself, or with the SIM card.

Lastly, have you reviewed your APN settings to make sure they're set up correctly? Below we've left how they should be appearing in your phone's network settings.

Unable to connect to mobile network.

I have had the Virgin Mobile account for some time. And in the entire time that I've had it. Rarely, I can actually make a call or send a text message.

It keeps saying that I'm unable to connect to the mobile network and when I do on the rare occasion, connect to the network and go to make a call, the call dials out, but then the call drops.

Well, I appreciate what tech is telling me to do; their advice really comes down to troubleshooting 101, and these are troubleshooting steps that I already took prior to being in touch with tech.

I do not want to change providers. I just want to use the service that I pay for.
