      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm buying my daughter her first phone and plan. Since my plan is with Virgin, I wanted to do it here through my account as well. &amp;nbsp;She has a used phone that we bought before hand elsewhere so we just need to buy a plan ... does she get issued a phone number with the plan's online purchase or how does that work?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
