Voicemail options - automated voicemail without my name or phone number?

How do I enable an automated voicemail option? For privacy reasons I cannot have my voice or name on there and it is making me add my name - or at the very least say my phone number aloud myself.

There is no option to remove it.

While we understand the concern, this is not an option. Have a greeting recorded is a necessary part of making use of your voicemail - what you choose to record for that greeting is up to you.

I don't want to record my name while setting up my voicemail. I don't want my voice to be recorded at all.

Could someone from Virgin please remove this nonsense? I suggest you talk to a cyber security expert about this feature.
