      <title>Incomplete Port from Public Mobile to Virgin Plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently got a Virgin Plus SIM and I am currently trying to port my old number from Public Mobile to Virgin Plus. I have been trying to do this for the past 3 weeks and I have talked to multiple customer service representatives regarding this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason, the porting is incomplete. I can make outgoing calls from my Virgin Plus SIM with the old number but incoming calls and texts go to my old Public Mobile SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So right now it seems like I have two SIMs with the same number and I can only receive incoming calls to one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you try the following steps and let us know if the issue persists?&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Shut down Public Mobile phone, remove PM SIM&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Remove Virgin Plus SIM, shut down VP phone. Reinsert VP SIM, restart phone&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.virginplus.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33"&gt;@VirginPlusKris&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried doing the above and it doesn't seem to be helping, incoming calls still go to the PM SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I contacted PM customer service, they said that the porting got cancelled for some reason (not by them) and VP has to send another port request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
