Trying to switch phones and use my esim.

The app transfer tool will not recognize my EID #.

In order for the community to best assist, some clarification will be needed;

From what type of phone to what type of phone are you trying to transfer your eSIM to?
Are you trying to use a grey market device (phone not acquired at Virgin Plus or not sold in Canada)?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
Have you got in touch with our technical support team and review your concern?

Below are a few details to keep in mind when attempting to transfer your eSIM;

Devices must have an operating system iOS 17.0 or above, OS version of 14.0 and One UI 6.1 or higher.
Quick Transfer Cross-brand eligibility (these are current examples and may change in the future):
- Between Samsung phones: yes
- Samsung to Motorola/Pixel phones: yes
- Motorola/Pixel to Samsung device – Not eligible
- Between Apple and Samsung – Not eligible

I'm trying to move my esim from S24 ultra to S25 ultra and it keeps saying my EID is invalid
