add text message to a Tablet

Hi, I would like to add text message service to my current Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. When I go to Manage Plan, add-ons & Travel, I don't have the option to add the text message services. I want to be able to use WhatsApp on my Tablet. I guess theses 2 services I have to add: ULT Can & US Pic Msg from Can & ULT Worldwide Texts from Can. Please help me

At this time, tablet plans are not eligible for text messaging and calling via cellular networks. They are solely intended for data usage.
