eSim all forbidden networks

Hi, I am in Turkey and for my eSim all local networks are forbidden, so I can't connect to any network and use any service. I can use local sim card and eSim from other mobile provider, the problem only with virgin eSim. How to solve that?

In order to best assist, a few more details will be needed;

Where are you seeing that all local networks are forbidden? (can you share an image)
Did you confirm that you do not have an roaming restrictions on your account?
Do you have Roam Sweet Roam on your account?

Hi, the issue was fixed. The support made my device compatible with esim, and after that action I had successfully connected to local network.

iPhone SE 2020 and Esim

I have an iPhone SE 2020 and currently travelling Japan. No Esim here seems to work for me but buddies I’m recalling with that also have virgin accounts are fine. They have newer phones and we all tried the same esim, then I tried others to no avail while they encountered zero issues. My phone says it’s not locked to any carriers. Does a virgin iPhone SE 2020 not have the ability to use a 3rd party esim?

I financed an iPhone last month and gave it to my wife and she had to go Romania with that handset but now she cannot use any Romanian SIM card on the phone and getting message”Network locked by the provider”. How the phone can be unlocked?
