&lt;P&gt;We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your calls. If so, could you please clarify a few details for the Community to be better able to assist?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You specifically mention "from Samsung" - did you recently get a new phone? If so, was it from Virgin Plus, or from a third party seller? If the latter, it would be considered grey market and we would not be able to guarantee service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried inserting your SIM card into a previous or different phone to confirm if the issue is specifically with your phone or the network?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you taken the time to speak to Tech Support and open a ticket?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is your phone &lt;A href="https://www.virginplus.ca/en/support/wifi-calling.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Wi-Fi Calling&lt;IMG style="display: inline; padding-bottom: 5px;" src="https://stage-forum.bell.ca/html/assets/Accessiblity_Arrow.png?version=preview" border="0" alt="Opens in a new tab or window" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt; compatible? If so, we would recommend setting that up to assist with your service.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone through all the steps with virgin mobile as I am still having this issue 2 weeks after the ticket was opened and all my phones have been bought from vurgin mobile themselves I have tried several phones and it has proven its a Sim card issue but virgin has stone walled me in dealing with this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
