      <title>My Account App Troubleshooting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey dear members of our community,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have some difficulties that I've met and could not address through call centre or chat agents as I tried and failed several times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to My Account App ----&amp;gt; App settings ----&amp;gt; Push Notifications ----&amp;gt; Services&amp;nbsp; (here is the problem: I cannot turn on the "Services" option).&amp;nbsp; My spouse is also a Virgin Mobility customer, but his app can open this option; why can't I open it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: My spouse's and my phone are in the same model (both iPhone 11 Pro Max), with the most updated versions and apps, too. Same conditions, but he can open that option; I cannot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.virginplus.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1321716575"&gt;@HarveyDD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe your device is not compatibility model with app,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to check your device iOS version update date,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if update up to date, then uninstall the app and reinstall. and reboot phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
