 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried your SIM card in another device to see if the device was at fault?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you got in touch with our technical support team to verify your concern?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought my new line on your new work, I was promised by your attender at your outlet that in 30 minutes my new line will be working but it over 15 hours is not working I can call out at all and no one can call me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
