 &lt;LI&gt;Is the issue only happening with this specific number or with all Rogers numbers?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the phone number dialed correctly? If only using the 10 digit number, try adding the 1 prior.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you got in touch with our technical support team to review your concern and open a ticket if needed?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Unable to reach Rogers cell landline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My elderly 80+ year old's, recently switched&amp;nbsp; from a Bell land line to a Rogers package with a satellite phone.&amp;nbsp; They kept their old land line #.&amp;nbsp; When I call them I get a message that the phone is no longer in service.&amp;nbsp; Although my siblings, Rogers and Tellus customers can get through.&amp;nbsp; They have suggested it is because of my cell carrier being Virgin.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is that posable or is there some fix for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
