&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The error 002 means that the phone number format itself is correct but the message could not be delivered due to an unavailable network connection between the carrier and the handset. Possible causes: the handset was switched off or the handset was out of coverage area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normally a simple phone restart should fix the error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give that a try and let u know the results.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Virgin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been having the same issues when trying to send a text. I have lots of data, have tried restarting my phone and switching between airplane mode. Are there any other solutions to this problem? I have a Samsung FE 20.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
