    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use the google watch app to "connect to your mobile carrier" when i get to the screen to log into my Virgin plus account it continuously says my username/password combo is incorrect. It is not incorrect. I even went to far to log in on the computer and CHANGED my password and still same error. How can I continue to connect my phone to my watch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When faced with the &lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;username/password combo is incorrect error, it usually means that the password change did not save itself properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;Here are a few tricks to ensure your password is saved properly;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:13px;"&gt;Make sure to log out of all My Account profiles that uses the same credentials before changing the password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;After you've changed your password, it is important to manually log off My Account before closing your web page.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have finally figured out the issue today. You can log into myaccount with your phone number or a username. I normally use my phone number. so today I used my username and it worked!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
