      <title>No text, voice or data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I haven't been able to use text, voice or data since yesterday.&amp;nbsp; It says "No network access".&amp;nbsp; I've removed the SIM card and restarted my phone numerous times.&amp;nbsp; Was hoping to find a fix before I head over to the Virgin Mobile Kiosk&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&amp;nbsp; I brought it to a Virgin Kiosk, and they did just that.&amp;nbsp; It was indeed an issue with the device.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As suggested by &lt;a href="https://forum.virginplus.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/65"&gt;@1EYE&lt;/a&gt; and confirmed by &lt;a href="https://forum.virginplus.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/626126169"&gt;@Shannon&lt;/a&gt;, it turned out to be a hardware issue and they confirmed by going to a Virgin Plus kiosk.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd recommend trying the same. If they're unable to assist and the issues persist, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist from there.&lt;/P&gt;
