    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone in Moncton that is having coverage issues, particularly in the North End, Magnetic Hill areas?&amp;nbsp; I have full LTE bars, but data doesn't seem to work. If i move down the road, it'll start to work again.&amp;nbsp; I thought it was my device, but I've heard from some other Virgin, as well as Bell members who have the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
