&lt;P&gt;Did you get your phone through Virgin Plus? If so, have you had it for less than a year?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unless you have an extended protection through the manufacturer (i.e. AppleCare+, Samsung Care +, etc.), the manufacturer will cover most repairs within the first 12 months after getting your new phone.&lt;/P&gt;
