&lt;P&gt;As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, it would be hard to determine the cause, however we will be happy to help where we can.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get started, a few clarification will be needed;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Which browser are you trying to use? Have you tried a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is your pop-up blocker turned off? If on please turn off and try again.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried to clear your cookies and cache and try again? If not, give that a try.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried turning your browser in incognito mode? If not, give that a try.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Can't activate new phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a longtime Virgin member. I just upgraded my phone (to a Samsung s23). I login to my Virgin account, go to activate my phone but nothing happens. When I click "activate" I can see the button highlight, as if it reads I tapped it, but nothing happens at all. No moving to a new screen error message or anything. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Super frustrating. I restarted it, logged in and out. Even tried going back to my old phone again but nothing works. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
