Hi there, @Pizza. Welcome to the Community.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with using your data. If so, could you share some more details with the Community?

Have you spoken with Tech Support and made a ticket if need be?

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Have you tried removing and reinserting your SIM card, or replacing it if need be?

Is there a data block in place? You can set this from the usage tab in your My Account profile.

In the meantime, we'd also recommend taking a look at our How To page on Troubleshooting data connectivity for troubleshooting tips you can use.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
