Hi Travelling to St Lucia do I have to phone Virgin to open the phone to this country before using the travel plan?

Need to add roaming. Website down for maintance and call centre and chat closed.

I need to add 7 day pass for roaming in Mexico before I leave Canada in a couple of hours. Website/app down for maintenance. Call centre closed. Tried self serve my texting 7DAYPASS to 4800 and it is not working either. I will be leaving Canada in a few hours. Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?

Speed and signal strength may vary due to roaming partner’s network technology, traffic, topography, environmental conditions, roaming restrictions on your account and other factors are possible reasons as to why you may be experiencing issues adding the feature.

I’ll be traveling to India in October for a month and want to keep receiving texts while I’m there. Can anyone suggest the best and most affordable option, and let me know if there are any steps I need to follow?
