      <title>Unable to activate eSIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called customer care to be sure Esim is supported. I was told yes no problem. Went to Apple store and purchased a new iPhone 14. Was on the phone and computer for a hour or more with no luck trying to get the new phone activated. &amp;nbsp;Then I was told that Virgin Plus doesn’t support Esim. I told him that there web sites also said they do. He then told me some one would call me in 3 to 5 days. I find this ordeal unbelievable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
