Any time I call a number and have to respond to prompts by pressing a number value (ex. Press 1 for English) I can hear the key tone and a number appears on my screen but the computer on the other side does not register the input. I’ve tried my voicemail, 611 and my bank just to be sure and every time I get a failed call when I try to respond to the prompts.</P><P>I’m using a barely 2 month old iPhone 11.
