Alcatel flip 3 mod 4044-V , complete factory reset

I got a used flip phone mentioned above. i noticed i couldn't load any music or anything, then realised the entire directory structure on the phone was wiped. i've done the soft reset, hard reset, but, i can't recover just basic functions. Anyone got an idea? i.e. do i need odin, to do it properly? i'm hoping for a quick fix. It's just a phone i use for 2 step verification, but it would be nice if if fully functioned. Any help would be appreciate.

Hey @II_Charon_II. Very interesting question, and welcome to the Virgin Plus Community 🙂

It sounds like the operating system could be corrupted. I am not well versed in Odin or the Alcatel OS, but it's worth a shot!
