&lt;P&gt;Your modem produces both a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz network. When connecting your Blink cameras to your internet, have you made sure that you're connecting them to the 2.4 GHz network and not 5 GHz?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're unable to see the 2.4 GHz network locally, give these steps a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log into your modem at 192.168.2.1&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on Manage My Wi-Fi&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see an option showing "Whole Home Wi-Fi - Let Steve/Valérie/Vincent optimize Wi-Fi throughout your home"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Disable this option, then restart your modem&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After this, both the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks should be visible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not after these steps, you'll want to give your modem a factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know if you were in further need of assistance &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;after a few phone calls they say it is my internet and the camera requires 2.4 gigahertz. And that I currently have 5?&lt;BR /&gt;what does that mean? What do I do?&lt;BR /&gt;thank you in advance,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer and I am trying to connect all my Google devices. I was with Bell, and they encouraged me to switch to Virgin. My doorbell camera (in Canada) will only connect at 2.4ghz. I do not see advanced options when I go in as admin on the modem to try to ensure there is a visible SSID for 2.4ghz. My doorbell now refuses to connect. When Bell set me up they had set up a separate 2.4ghz ssid so my google devices would work. I got the thermostat connected and working and the various speakers. I just can't get the doorbell working. Thanks for any help you can offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally called support and they remotely accessed my modem and setup a visible SSID for 2.4ghz and I connected my doorbell and other Google devices to it. I also had to connect my phone to the 2.4 SSID when I want to access or manage the devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
