&lt;P&gt;To be clear, are you experiencing any actual issues with your internet at this time? A red OK light usually indicates a connectivity issue. If you haven't tried already, we'd also recommend giving our &lt;A href="https://m.vpc.ca/supportpagevirtualrepaire" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Virtual Repair Tool&lt;IMG style="display: inline; padding-bottom: 5px;" src="https://stage-forum.virginplus.ca/html/assets/Accessiblity_Arrow.png?version=preview" border="0" alt="Opens in a new tab or window" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt; a try. It will:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Look for service outages in your area&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the equipment outside your home&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reboot all your hardware&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Optimize the settings for your service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine has been like that since I first installed it. Sorry no advice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My internet has been extremely slow over the last month, to the point where certain apps won't even open. The button on my unit has been red since I installed it. I have tried the virtual repair tool but it just restarts my system and never finishes properly. Someone help me please.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
