      <title>Steve has problem connecting to one device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All other devices are functioning great on the network. My laptop reads "no internet, secured" when using the Wifi. I restarted the laptop and modem several times and split the 2.4 and 5 networks with no results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;From your description, since the service is working as it should with your other devices, it sounds like the issue could be coming from your laptop and not Steve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;below are a few things that you can try;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Verify that your laptop is updated to it's latest OS version.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Contact your laptops manufacturer to ensure your settings are saved properly.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If your laptop has no updates available, complete a manufacture reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Connect your laptop directly to the modem via an Ethernet cable.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Test those solutions and keep the Community updated with the results.&lt;/P&gt;
