Anyone know why my mobile phone is refusing to accept my password to log in to my Virgin account and says I have no wifi. but I can log in just fine on my desktop?

Hey PJ

I would delete/forget the existing connection your mobile has saved for your home wifi. Once the existing connection has been forgotten/deleted, create a new connection to your home wifi again.

Delete / forget network

From the Home screen, tap Settings > Network & internet.
Tap the Wi-Fi switch to turn on.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Touch and hold the Wi-Fi network you want to delete.
Tap Forget network.
